Where does training take place?
Training is conducted on-site at your facility. This saves your crew travel time and allows the training to be tailored to the environment they actually work in.
How many employees can be trained at once?
Classes are designed for groups of 6 to 20 participants. For larger workforces, multiple sessions can be scheduled. Contact us to discuss the best approach for your headcount.
Does this satisfy OSHA first aid training requirements?
Yes. OSHA requires that at least one employee per job site be trained in first aid when a medical facility is not in near proximity. AHA Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED satisfies this requirement. Training documentation is provided for your records.
Are the completion ecards recognized by employers and OSHA?
Yes. All completion ecards are issued through CPR Center, Inc., an authorized American Heart Association Training Site in Fort Smith, AR. AHA completion ecards are recognized by OSHA, insurers, and employers nationwide.
How long does the training take?
The Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED course typically runs 4–5 hours. The CPR/AED-only course is approximately 2–3 hours. Exact duration depends on group size and pace.
What completion ecard do participants receive?
Participants who successfully complete the course receive an American Heart Association completion ecard valid for two years, issued through CPR Center, Inc. Completion ecards are issued digitally — participants receive their AHA ecard electronically upon course completion.
